Our Reviews

Great service! Excellent service from the team at North Star. Couldn’t recommend them enough, I am a returning customer and have had brilliant experiences both times! I recommend if you are looking for a new car to give them a visit.
— Josh Ord
Recently bought a car from these, brilliant experience with the buying and lots of help and no complaints from them when a warning light came on in getting the car repaired. Great experience all round.
— Ben Newell
Honestly I would recommend this garage to anyone and everyone. Got a 13 plate A-Class from them a couple of months ago with 53k on the clock and apart from a couple of minor issues (which the garage has sorted free of charge by the following day) it's been a dream to run. Definitely going back when I'm looking for my next car. Can't fault them. Honest and fair which is hard to find nowadays. Give them a try.

We viewed a lovely car at Northstars recently. We really liked it and made a rush decision to put down deposit the same day. Later we changed our minds for personal reasons and told them the nexy day and asked if we can have the deposit back and explained our situation. I expected a straight no, however they were really understanding and gave our deposit back without hussle, we really appreciated that, made a huge difference. Thank you!

Visited these guys last week and knew straight away I made the right choice compared to other dealers. Couldn't be happier with my new car ( fiesta zetec) which drives like a dream. Abbas ( what a cool funny guy by the way) and his team are great people. They care about their customers and are not there to rip you off like most dealers. Definitely will be returning in the future when I'm ready to buy my next car. All the best guys and thanks 👍🏻 🙂

Really positive experience buying my car from here. The team were super friendly and helpful, answered all my questions and made everything feel easy. No pressure at all, which I really appreciated. The whole process was quick and smooth and I’m really happy with my car. Would definitely recommend!
— Pam Marrs
Friendly, accommodating. I had an issue with a purchased vehicle, a big issue . He immediately offered a full refund or choose another vehicle . I chose another vehicle .
